Stripe overview

Creator Store lets you connect Stripe to securely accept payments from your customers. Here is how Stripe works and what to expect when you use it with your Creator Store.

Supported countries

Stripe supports 50+ countries and regions, so creators can send and receive payments globally.

Supported currencies

Stripe supports 135+ currencies, but a Creator Store prices in one of six: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or CHF. Customers anywhere can pay; the price they see is in the currency you picked.

Supported payment methods

With Stripe you can accept:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Bank transfers (availability may vary by region)

Payment processing time

• Your first payout may take up to 7 business days.
• In some cases, depending on industry or account review, this can take up to 14 business days.
• After the initial payout, standard processing time in the U.S. is typically 2 business days.

Fees

Stripe fees vary depending on your location and payment method.

• In the U.S., the standard fee is typically 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction.
• Fees may vary internationally.

Disputes and claims

If you hit a payment issue or a dispute, manage and respond to it in the Stripe Resolution Center.

Refunds

• Refunds may incur additional fees depending on your Stripe pricing structure.
• Original processing fees are non-refundable.
