Why Stripe will not connect to Creator Store
A new Stripe account takes 1 to 3 business days to verify, and Creator Store shows an error until it is done.

What is happening
After you set up your Stripe account, it may take 1 to 3 business days for Stripe to fully verify it.
As part of that, Stripe may ask for more information to confirm your identity. While it runs, you might see an error when you try to connect your Stripe account to Creator Store. This is normal.
What to do
- Wait for Stripe to finish verification.
- Watch your email for a confirmation from Stripe.
- Once verified, return to Creator Store and reconnect your Stripe account.
What happens next
Once your Stripe account is verified, you can connect it and start accepting payments through your Creator Store.
