PayPal overview

Creator Store lets you choose PayPal to accept payments from visitors. Here is what to expect.

Countries supported

PayPal supports over 200 countries and regions, so its users can send and receive payments across borders.

Currencies supported

PayPal currently supports 25 currencies, but a Creator Store prices in one of six: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or CHF.

Payments supported

You can use the following payments with PayPal:

• Bank Transfer
• Visa, Master, American Express, or Discover Card

Payment duration

Up to 14 business days.

If you are new to PayPal, your funds may be held for 21 days and your payments sit in a pending status. If the service you provide is intangible, update the order to reflect this and processing should only take up to 7 days after verification.

Fees

Different fees are charged based on account, transactions, exchange rate, withdrawal, and more.

Disputes and claims

If you have a problem, report it through the PayPal Resolution Center.

• You can file a dispute within 180 days of the payment date.
• There are no fees to process the refund.
• Original seller fees are non-refundable.
