Getting back into something you bought
You do not need a password to open something you bought. Creator Store emails you a link instead.

There is no password to reset. Buying from a creator does not create an account, so nothing asks you to set one. Creator Store emails you a link that opens your purchase.
Get a new link
Links expire. When one does, opening it shows Purchase Link Expired with a box for your email address.
- Enter the email address you used when you bought.
- Submit it.
- Open the new email and select the link.
It has to be the same address. The link is tied to the purchase, so another address finds nothing.
If the email does not arrive
- Check that you used the address you bought with, not a different one.
- Look in your spam or junk folder.
- Give it a few minutes and try again.
