Collect reviews and testimonials

Reviews collect written testimonials and star ratings on each of your Creator Store offerings. Turn them on and set your preferences in the settings of each offering.

Turn on reviews

1. Go to the Store.
2. Select Link.
3. Choose the offering you want to add reviews to.
4. Select the three dots to edit details.
5. Open the Additional Information tab.
6. Scroll down to Rating and enable review.
7. Select Save and Close.

Where customers see reviews

Reviews appear on your page once they are switched on and customers have started leaving star ratings and written testimonials. They appear underneath each offering on your Creator Store checkout page.

If you get a bad review

If you receive a review that is not entirely positive and the customer has not published it anonymously, consider reaching out to them directly to address their concerns.

Add testimonials to an offering

1. Go to the Store.
2. Select Link.
3. Choose the offering you want to add testimonials to.
4. Select the three dots to edit details.
5. Open the Additional Information tab.
6. Under Testimonial, choose Add a New Testimonial or Add a Testimonial from Rating.
7. Select Save to update your offering.

For a new testimonial, enter the customer's name, write the testimonial, and optionally upload an image. For a testimonial from a rating, select an existing review to feature.
