On this page

Sell paid 1:1 meetings, coaching calls, or consultations through your Creator Store. All Creator Store users have access to this feature.

Create a consultation

  1. Go to Store > Products.
  2. Select Create New Product.
  3. Select 1:1 Consultations.

From here you can add:

  • Meeting title and description
  • Meeting location (Zoom, Google Meet, Phone, or In-Person)
  • Thumbnail image
  • Price

Meeting links are generated automatically when supported platforms are connected.

The preview on the right shows what a client sees when they book.

Set your availability

After creating your product, open the Event tab to manage your schedule. You can:

  • Set a date range for bookings
  • Select available days and time slots
  • Choose your time zone
  • Set meeting duration
  • Block specific dates
  • Add buffer time between sessions
  • Control how far in advance clients can book

This helps prevent conflicts and double-bookings.

The date range controls how far ahead clients can book; the duration below it sets the length of each session.

Customize your offering

You can also add:

  • Pre-meeting questions
  • Discount coupons
  • Custom confirmation emails (Pro plans)
  • Conflict checking
  • Ratings and testimonials
  • Zapier integrations

Connect your calendar

Sync your Google Calendar to manage bookings automatically.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Integrations.
  3. Sign in with Google.

Once connected, meetings sync and generate links when applicable.

Check your conflicts picks which calendars are checked for double-bookings.

See your upcoming meetings

  1. Go to Store.
  2. Open Orders.

All upcoming consultations appear there.

The Upcoming 1:1s tab narrows the order list to booked consultations.

Rescheduling and refunds

Clients can reschedule or cancel a booking themselves, and both are on by default. They select Reschedule or Cancel Meeting on their booking. You can also reschedule from your dashboard.

See letting clients reschedule or cancel for the notice period and how to turn either off.

Refunds go through Orders.

A missing meeting link is usually a calendar connection issue. Try:

  • Reconnecting your Google account
  • Checking for dashboard warnings

If you are receiving many bookings at once, you may also reach Zoom's daily meeting limit. Contact support if the issue continues.
