Create a membership in Creator Store

Set up a Creator Store membership: tiers and pricing, the checkout page, the member page, content, settings, and publishing.

Creator Store memberships offer exclusive content and benefits to your audience through recurring subscriptions. You set up the tiers, the checkout, the member page, and the content, then publish.

Step 1: Create a membership

Go to Products → New Product → Memberships.
Select Membership.

Step 2: Tier selection page

The Tier Selection Page is where you define the overall membership and create your tiers. It is the first page customers see.

Membership title and overview

Both are required. At the top of the Tier Selection page, set:

Membership title: a clear, compelling name.
Overview description: a short summary explaining what the membership is, who it is for, and the value members receive.

The overview appears above your tiers.

Membership tiers

A tier is a subscription level within your membership. Each tier can have its own pricing, benefits, and content access.

For each tier you can:

Add a tier name
Add an optional tier description outlining what is included
Set monthly pricing
Set yearly pricing, which is optional
Upload a cover image for the tier

One tier can be highlighted so it features more prominently on your page.

Testimonials

Testimonials are optional. You can display product testimonials directly beneath your tiers. When they are enabled, all visitors see the testimonials you have added.

Step 3: Checkout page

The Checkout Page controls what customers see when they subscribe.

You can configure:

Required customer information: name, email, or both
Header copy
Purchase call-to-action text
Coupons
Custom checkout questions, useful for onboarding or personalization

Step 4: Member page

The Member Page is your subscribers' home base after they join.

Add a page title
Write a welcome message or summary explaining what content members can expect and how to navigate the membership

About section

This is your creator profile area. You can share information about yourself or your brand, add call-to-action buttons, and enable or disable ratings and reviews.

Step 5: Post content

The Post Content section is where you build and manage your membership content.

You can:

Create modules or individual posts
Assign content to specific tiers
Choose whether to always send content to new members, notify members when content is published, or schedule content to release on a future date, which is drip content

Editing content

When editing a post, you can:

Upload a header image
Add a content title
Write body text to guide and support members
Upload attachments such as files, media, and links

Previously published content also appears here, so you can update it.

Step 6: Settings and integrations

In Settings you can manage:

Custom confirmation emails
Notification email preferences
Zapier integrations for external workflows

Step 7: Publish your membership

Review your membership details and select Publish. The membership is then live and available for customers to subscribe.
