Answers to common questions about Creator Store setup, guidelines, and payments.

How many Creator Store accounts can I have with the same email?

If you sign up directly through Creator Store, you can have one Creator Store account per email address.

If you use Creator Store through a Planoly subscription, you can manage multiple Creator Stores, one per social set, under the same email login. That lets you run several storefronts from a single account.

Does Creator Store offer gift cards?

Creator Store does not support native gift cards at this time. Creators can offer third party or manual gift certificates outside the platform.

Can I delete my Creator Store account?

Yes. You can delete your Creator Store account from your account settings.

Once deleted, the storefront is permanently removed. All products and associated data are erased and cannot be recovered.

Can you sell physical products on Creator Store?

Yes, in more than one way. You can:

• Use the Design & Sell Merch feature to create and sell custom physical products directly within Creator Store, without external fulfillment tools.
• Add external links to platforms like Etsy or Amazon to send customers to physical products hosted on those marketplaces.
