Import contacts
In the All Customers section, select Import.
You have two options for importing contacts.
Manually add a contact suits adding individual contacts one by one.
Upload a CSV file uploads multiple contacts in bulk. Only one column is required:
- Email (required)
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
Name the phone column Phone. A column headed "Phone Number" is ignored, and those numbers are dropped without an error.
Opt-in requirement
Ensure that all recipients have opted in to receive emails from you. This is essential for compliance with email marketing best practices.
Send Opt-In Email
The Send Opt-In Email feature sends an email to your contacts to confirm their consent before they start receiving your communications.
