Cancel your Creator Store subscription

There is no separate Creator Store subscription to cancel. Creator Store is included with every core Planoly plan, so cancelling Planoly cancels your access to it.

Cancel your plan

Cancel in Planoly, under Account > Billing. Cancelling your subscription has the steps and explains what happens to your content.

Opening Billing from inside Creator Store takes you to the same place: the store sends you to your Planoly billing page rather than showing one of its own.

If you signed up for Creator Store on its own

Accounts created directly on Creator Store, before it was part of Planoly, still have their own billing page. Cancelling there is a link under the plan card rather than a button on the plan itself, and Manage your plan opens Stripe's billing portal instead.
