Cancel your subscription
Cancel a Planoly subscription bought on the web or through the App Store, and see what happens when the paid period ends.

How you cancel depends on where you bought the subscription. Subscriptions bought on the web are billed by Planoly. Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple.
Cancel a subscription bought on the web
- Open Account > Billing.
- Under Subscription, select Cancel Plan.
- Choose one or more reasons, then select Next.
- Confirm on the next screen.
You may be shown a one-time discount before the confirmation step. Select Claim Offer to keep the plan at the reduced price, or No, Thanks to continue cancelling. The offer is made once per subscription.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for. Nothing changes until then, and the billing page shows the date your subscription ends.
Change your mind
While a cancellation is scheduled, the billing page shows Continue Subscription. Select it before the end date and your subscription keeps renewing at its normal price.
Cancel a subscription bought in the iOS app
If you subscribed through the App Store, Apple handles the billing and Planoly cannot cancel it for you. The billing page shows Subscription managed by Apple with a Manage on Apple button instead of the cancel controls.
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for Subscriptions.
- Select Planoly.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Deleting the app or your Planoly account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account or Apple keeps charging you. Planoly also blocks account deletion while a subscription is still set to renew, so cancel first.
What happens when the paid period ends
There is no free plan for sale. When a paid subscription ends, the account keeps limited access: one workspace, one user, and 10 posts per month.
Paid features stop working. That includes the Media Library, analytics, Quick Schedule and Best Time to Post, product tagging, content templates, caption templates, and team collaboration.
Moving down to a smaller paid plan is different: that is blocked until you are already within the new plan's workspace and member limits.
If you cannot find the cancel button
Check whether the page shows the Apple banner. That means the subscription is billed by Apple and has to be cancelled there. If there is no Apple banner and no Cancel Plan button, contact support.
