Why Stripe shows Incomplete payments
Stripe marks a payment Incomplete when Creator Store creates a Payment Intent and the customer has not finished checkout yet.

Payment Intents, Stripe's payment method, are the reason you see Incomplete payments on your Stripe Dashboard.
What an Incomplete payment means
Using Payment Intents, Stripe automatically determines whether a credit card requires 3D security.
Each time a customer arrives on the checkout page, Creator Store creates a Payment Intent and Stripe marks it Incomplete. That happens before any card details are entered, so nothing is charged and nothing is held on the customer's card.
When the payment completes
After the customer selects purchase, and if they completed the transaction with a valid credit or debit card, the payment is confirmed and Stripe creates a charge based on it. You then see a successful payment inside your Stripe Dashboard.
When it stays Incomplete
If a customer leaves the purchase process without completing checkout, it shows as an Incomplete payment because the customer did not pay for it. You will not receive this payment, as it never went through.
