Update your store preferences

Set your preferred language, your invoice issuer details, and whether Planoly branding shows on your store.

Preferences holds the settings that follow your store: the language of its communications, the details on your customer invoices, and Planoly branding.

Open Preferences

  1. Log in to your Creator Store dashboard.
  2. In the left-hand navigation, select Preferences.
Preferences is the third item in the left-hand navigation, between Account and Payment.

What you can change

  • Preferred Language: choose between English and French for Creator Store communications.
  • Invoice Issuer Info: update the name or business requesting the payment. This appears on customer invoices.
  • Planoly Branding: opt in or out of having Planoly branding displayed at the bottom of your store site.
Language sits at the top, the invoice issuer fields in the middle, and the Display Planoly branding toggle at the bottom.

Once you have made your changes, save them to apply them to your store settings.
