Refresh your Instagram grid

Below your planned content, the Instagram grid shows your recent published posts, fetched from Instagram. If that section does not match your live profile, refresh it.

Refresh the grid

1. Switch the post list to Instagram grid view.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the grid.
3. Select Refresh.

The footer bar shows how many published posts are loaded and when they were last updated. While the fetch runs it reads Fetching latest Instagram posts…, and the grid updates on its own when the new posts land.

When to refresh

• You published to Instagram outside Planoly.
• You deleted, archived, or pinned a post on Instagram.
• You reordered or changed something on your profile.
• The published section does not match what you see in the Instagram app.

When the button does nothing

Refresh is only available when the workspace has a linked Instagram channel. A reminder-only Instagram channel has no published feed to fetch, so the grid shows your planned posts only.

If a refresh brings back nothing new, refresh the channel connection and try again.
