Set availability for a digital product with an event, then use Check your conflicts to cross-check your calendars and prevent double bookings.

On this page

When a digital product includes an event, such as a call or an in-person meetup, you control when customers can book it.

Set up your availability

Set a date range

Define a specific range of dates when you are available. Customers can only book appointments inside that timeframe.

Set your weekly availability

Choose the days and times you are available on a recurring basis, and select the meeting duration you want, for example 30 minutes or 1 hour. This keeps scheduling consistent across your event-based digital products.

Set rules for availability

Rules are optional and refine your availability further:

  • Define the frequency of available start times, for example every 30 minutes or every hour.
  • Set a minimum notice period to prevent last-minute bookings.
  • Add other constraints based on your preferences.

Use Check your conflicts

Check your conflicts sits under the Additional Information tab when you create a product.

Check your conflicts is the last row on the Additional information tab, below the custom confirmation emails row.

Select the primary calendar to check for conflicts, then add secondary calendars if you manage more than one schedule. Bookings are cross-checked against every calendar you selected, so a time already taken cannot be booked again.
