Add a policy to your products

Add terms of service, a privacy policy, and a refund policy to your Creator Store so they appear in your checkout footer.

Policies on your Planoly Creator Store give customers clarity and set expectations before they buy.

Open the Policies settings

  1. Log in to your Creator Store account.
  2. Select your profile icon in the bottom left corner and select Settings.
  3. Select the Policies section.
Policies is the last item in the settings sidebar, below Custom domain.

Add your policies

  • Terms of Service. Defines the terms under which people can access and use your content.
  • Privacy Policy. Outlines how you collect, use, and protect user data.
  • Refund Policy, if applicable. Details the conditions under which refunds are offered, if at all.

Review and customize

Read each policy carefully so it reflects your practices and complies with applicable laws, and adjust the wording to fit your content and your audience.

Save

Select Save changes.

Each policy has its own rich text editor, and Save changes at the top right saves all of them.

Saved policies are linked automatically in the footer of your checkout pages.

The policy links sit in a row under the checkout button, alongside Planoly's own platform privacy policy.
