How to Determine Your Holiday Goals

Based on your business, brand and niche your goals make look different and be unique to your own focus. But some top of mine goals and examples could be the following:

  • Growing your follower count by 5% each month from October-December
  • Posting consistently, whether thats daily or 3x a week
  • Creating unique posts for each holiday & scheduling them out in advance
  • Gaining 2x more in revenue (if you are  a small business)

Once you set your goals, this will make it easier for you to figure out how to get there and what you need to do to obtain them.

Holiday Content Trends for 2023

Each year, there may be a different TikTok trend that pops up, like two years ago there was the Pumpkin Head TikTok trend. And now that same sound used for that trend is resurfacing, but this time for the Ghost Painting Trend. This year DIY Halloween decorations are trending on TikTok & Instagram.

Before you create content, be sure to check out most recent posts under generic holiday hashtags below to get inspiration and then your FYP will be soon filled with holiday content so then you won’t miss jumping on the opportunity to recreate your own!

How to Leverage Affiliate Marketing This Season

Tis the season of gifting! This is the most important time of the year to share those affiliate codes out, especially as people are going to start purchasing gifts sooner this year. More than 60% of US consumers prefer to buy their holiday gifts online according to fortunly. And with more places to promote a product and buy, such as Instagram and TikTok - 55% of TikTok users have bought something after seeing the brand on the app.

More creators have since joined TikTok Shop, which users can sign-up to be an affiliate in order to do small time product promotions. This is another way for creators to start making money off their videos.
