We’re all about creating original content, but it’s also good to support your favorite Instagrammers by reposting their content (and crediting them, of course!). We recently released a brand new feature that makes it super easy to copy a post from Instagram and add it to Planoly for regramming! You’re going to love our new Instagram Shareable Link feature – it’s easy to use and super versatile. Read on to learn more about what it does and how to use this fabulous feature.
How to Use Instagram Shareable Links Feature
- If you see a post you want to regram while scrolling on Instagram, simply click the three dots in the top right of the image & select Copy Link.
- From there, open your Planoly app and click the ‘➕’ on the bottom of your app navigation.
- Select Instagram Shareable Link and select Import to add it to your Planoly grid!

This feature is so useful in a variety of ways! If you’re a brand, use it to copy user-generated content and paste it onto your Planoly grid to schedule and plan. For influencers, use it to repost an inspiration shot (a pretty desk image or scenic travel photo) to your grid if you want to mix up your posts.
As a brand, sharing user-generated content is an essential element of any social media marketing strategy. Tapping into your community’s content and giving them a shoutout on your feed is a great way to network on Instagram! It not only helps you to post more content when you have fillers (as our founder Brandy has broken down here), but it also encourages your followers and customers to create their own content to share your brand, thus giving you more brand visibility. To learn more about how to integrate the Discover feature in Planoly along with Instagram Shareable Links, read here.
We hope you love this feature as much as we do! It’s incredibly efficient for brands and influencers for making it easy to repost content while still visually planning out your grid on Planoly.
